I hated it at the start, the combat seemed clunky, and I got stuck on the first major boss for days. But the extreme adrenaline rush of beating that boss gave me the motivation to keep playing, and after many more exciting fights and encounters, I came to the realization that it was one of the best games I had ever played. But it's easy to get stuck on the first big hump, no doubt.
