I think people here (perhaps not OP) are not all thinking ‘an interview’ is the same thing. In our company, it’s normal to spend 1/2 - 1 day at the office - or nowadays by video - being interviewed by 5-10 _people_, in sets of 2. It’s been like this for all my 20 years in the industry. It’s not normal to have to interview on 5-10 different _occasions_ - that would be terrible!
