- sangnoir 5y agoWhy hasn't a competitor arisen who uses customer support as a competitive advantage? Could it be because it is competitively disadvantageous to pay humans to support millions of non-paying "customers"?
- notreallyserio 5y agoWe're not really talking about non-paying customers here. We're talking about YouTubers posting ad-sponsored videos, ie revenue sources for Google.
