Been here. Have no words. Seems every job I start has a moment of hope and then it falls into the same traps of despair within a couple months because it becomes clear the people are completely checked out. Sadly - only way I think I’d ever be happy is if I founded my own company and it was successful (been in enough failed startups - not interested in that). Being under other peoples incompetency and apathy is painful and unavoidable otherwise.
