Disagree. Jobs can definitely cause this. I’ve worked at a bunch of shit workplaces. As soon as the work environment goes to hell - so does my personal life. Working 60+ hours/week, dealing with frustrating people for more than half of your waking life, etc. It isn’t as simple as checking in and out. Especially because checking in and out would get you fired and sent to the streets.
