There are a lot of good options now, but if there is one thing that years of product management have taught me is that the moment you start thinking in terms of features and specifications, you are generally thinking about products the wrong way. Apple's almost going the tick-tock model with their iPhones, or at least they seem to be, where the tock is mostly internals, improved OS, etc.
