President Putin and former President Trump, have conspired together in a conspiratorial conspiracy to force President Biden to enact sanctions on Russia that are for TBD 'reasons' destroying the petro/dollar and increasing the cost of diesel. Also inflation may not be transitory.
- Blackstrat 5y agoA rather humorous conspiracy theory. Trump has been blamed for more things than the mythical boogie man. Western countries such as the US have been curtailing supply, eg oil, while at the same time trafficking in loose money. Coupled with demand coming out of COVID lockdowns, paying people to stay home (at least in the States) has led to an intentional mess. Not to mention employment disruptions caused by vaccine mandates, and other COVID measures which fell disproportionately on non-professionals, eg a lot of white collar folks worked from home and were less affected, the economy is in a mess. While my comment, Bidenomics, was heavily voted down, if you had lived through as many Presidents as I have and seen these scenarios play out more than once, you’d be more aware of the policy implications.
