Ask HN: How do you promote your new app?
I made an app and I don't know how to promote it and I neither have money to target audience using Google Ads. How do you promote the app to right people when you don't have any network?
- PaulHoule 5y agoWho are the right people?
- stackbuffer 5y agothe audience who genuinely need the app, sorry for that, I'm not a native english speaker.
- aitoehigie 5y agoYou promote your app by promoting it before building.
- stackbuffer 5y agoso basically, building in public?
- aitoehigie 5y agoPromoting it before building will better inform your decision to either build or abandon the idea. You can promote it with a cheap landing page + Figma mockup and waitlist. No takers? abandon idea. Takers? then build
