I dont know. Look at what nature did with nothing but chaos and time. Having computers being able to simulate things faster than realtime is already possible, its just about how fast can we make them. Or, later, how fast can they make themselves.
- betwixthewires 5y agoI don't think its a question of scale, I think like the author of the article that it is a question of architecture. It could very well be, for whatever reason, that the only way to arrive at this architecture is 3 billion years and a chaotic process.
