Wacom support on Linux has been good for over a decade, but not so good on a wide screen. I got a 4k widescreen monitor and I still can't use my Wacom very well. The aspect ratios are completely off. I tried manually setting it but often these settings get lost after an update. But my experience from the past has always been plug and play.
