- shpx 5y agoTo be fair, like half of that goes to taxes.
- FranksTV 5y agoTo be fair half of $800k is still four hundred fucking thousand dollars a year.
- cosmodisk 5y agoPeople forget it very quickly. I'm not on $800K,but I make about 10 times more than I did 12 years ago. You get used to it and it becomes your baseline. It's not very healthy though.
- zeroonetwothree 5y agoI made more than 800k last year and spent around 200k (also have wife+kids I support). So spending 400k does seem a bit crazy. But I guess a lot of people think spending 200k is crazy too
