- onlyrealcuzzo 5y agoI was gonna say - it's nearly impossible for the home ownership rate to be ~65% and 1/3 SFH also owned by institutions. The vast majority of rental stock is not SFH, and the vast majority of rental homes are owned by mom & pop's.
