As far I understand, an improvement is to allows an URL like https://raw.githubusercontent.com/h-matsuo/uBlacklist-subscription-for-developer/master/list.txt https://raw.githubusercontent.com/h-matsuo/uBlacklist-subscr... in settings.yml, so there is no need to update settings.yml.
