Hi there, Tutanota team here. We noticed your comment and just wanted to ask what client/device you are using to look into this? Usually Tutanota loads much faster, but for some devices we can definitely improve. We are also currently working on offline mode. Once that is done loading time will much reduce!
- culopatin 5y agoHi. iPhone 12, 13 pro and 14in MacBook Pro (m1 pro). Every time I open the app it shows me a “logging in” with an animated bar while loading. It would be acceptable if it took that time to pull new emails, but not to just look at the old stuff I have already retrieved. I appreciate your quick response though, shows that you guys are on top of things.
