There are so many times when I have seen cases made purely to save face or to be offensive as the best form of defence. I can't say whom but a Solicitor I know has told me of a number of cases she didn't expect she could possibly win in Court but the client had the money to pursue it to make some kind of point and didn't care whether they would actually win or not. Not saying Ubiquiti don't have a good reason, just that they don't necessarily have one.
