We need a total and complete shutdown of web designers until we can figure out what is going on.

- eternityforest 5y agoI think they are having a contest to see who can do the least design. But that sometimes gets too boring even for them, so they invent new crap to get around the ban on skeuomorphism. I wish they would just go back to skeu as practiced in the 90s to 2000s, just updated for the modern high res. WinXP and Win7 were great. Win2000 was perfectly fine by period standards.
