The government is also terrible at communicating, so it would be very difficult to figure out when laws have changed, and how they are being implemented in practice (very important during Covid). There are other community based websites here, but they are much less well moderated and skew towards scams and vulgarity. This is all from an Expat's perspective, but there aren't any local language alternatives either for reliable community information.
