We’re really excited to share what we’re working on at Switchboard — a platform to help teams develop tailored onboarding, feature engagement, and upsell experiences that activate and engage their users. Think of Switchboard as a layer beneath your interface — a platform to define the underlying flow logic that powers your product’s UI components. We’ve spoken to over two hundred people building these types of experiences and have heard a consistent set of problems: - The experiences are complex and it's hard to develop the logic and timing - Ways to keep track of “who’s seen what” don’t scale - Customer data is hard to access - Teams lack the control to orchestrate experiences - Non-devs don’t have visibility and can’t self-serve We're building Switchboard to help! We're hard at work on: - A visual flow builder that lets the whole team collaboratively define logic and content - SDKs and APIs that plug into your UI components, make it easy to access customer data, and abstract away flow state & content We’re still looking for a few folks willing to give early versions of what we’re building a try.
