My personal theory is that hybrid work is deliberately made to be chaotic and disastrous, so that when management wants people back 5 days a week; there will be much less grumbling.
- fellowniusmonk 5y agoIf that is the case for a given business than it would only make sense for everyone to microwave sardines for lunch (near managements offices until wfh is reinstated.) Joking of course.
