Our company blog https://www.construct.net/en/blogs/construct-official-blog-1 https://www.construct.net/en/blogs/construct-official-blog-1 regularly gets good amounts of comments from our community, the way we implement it we see it as a key opportunity for our customers to open dialogue with us and get their feedback. We have no plans to disable comments, benefits far outweigh the positives.
It's also a nice moral boost for the team on occasion! https://www.construct.net/en/blogs/construct-official-blog-1/construct-2021-year-review-1580#comments https://www.construct.net/en/blogs/construct-official-blog-1...
We have pretty easy tools to remove spam accounts and spam comments, it's rarely an issue. I feel like because it's a custom implementation we're off a lot of radars, and we make the process of registering to being able to post comments laborious enough to stop most of it (honeypots, verified emails, etc)
