I’m an attorney who has both filed a defamation case, and installed then junked Ubiquity routers and APs. If the facts as alleged are true (as an attorney I usually assume they aren’t) then heck yes they should sue. This is the type of defamation case that actually doesn’t get dismissed. I.e. making specific, factually incorrect statements, directed at the business of the Plaintiff, for Defendant’s own commercial gain. I hope Krebs has insurance.
