This is good advice for anyone that isn't aware. Airing your grievances (or even constructive feedback) doesn't help you or your company (if you or they cared, it would not be left to the exit interview). The only thing it is is a chance to pointlessly burn a bridge. Skip it (although sometimes it's mostly just a discussion about how to return your laptop), or if asked anything, answer with empty platitudes
