- Aachen 5y agoThey didn't ask if you were ready to receive the feedback! Joking aside, that thing stood out to me. Would you ever say no, isn't it then a social obligation to say yes? Or if you do say no, that person is just supposed to leave whatever unsaid until a potential future opportunity and in the meantime they'll have to still work with you? It seems odd from both sides.
