This is false. Of course certain foods are metabolized in ways that are more likely to lead to obesity than others.
- AmericanChopper 5y agoAbsolute nonsense. Your food contains calories in the form of carbohydrates, protein and fat. None of those macronutrients are metabolized in a way that is likely to lead to obesity. Obesity comes from consuming more calories than you burn. It doesn’t matter at all where those calories come from.
