Why would a President know what a burner phone is anymore than they would know what a cutout means? I'd think heads of government would recieve executive summaries, not primers on tradecraft.

- ecf 5y agoI’d think heads of governments should be able to piece together two words to form an understanding of something, even if they’re unfamiliar with it, without being spoonfed.
