If it makes you feel any better, Indians also get spam calls from other Indians.

- tallanvor 5y agoOh, I have no doubt, and to be clear, I'm not blaming India as a whole. I don't think India has a higher percentage of the population willing to try and scam other people, but given the number of people in the country, the economic situation, and the level of English language proficiency makes it a very attractive location to set up shop. It's also much harder for law enforcement to do much about the problem when the calls are coming from overseas.
