That's the whole point of this. You can say "Hi". Just don't only say "Hi". "Hi! Do you know about the ..." - perfectly fine. User can directly answer instead

That's the whole point of this. You can say "Hi". Just don't only say "Hi". "Hi! Do you know about the ..." - perfectly fine. User can directly answer instead of doing message tag. Edit: Ok, I'm a bit late to the conversation I noticed... :-)
