Its definitely interesting to consider something like that. Stats as to why might be cool, but odds are nothing is going to change my mind. I am actually more curious about how many users on my list end up getting banned for being bots eventually. There used to be a tool I think called something like block with me, where you could follow other users block lists. Although I can't seem to find it any more. Options like that would certainly be interesting. But Twitter isn't incentivized to do something like that.
