Personally, the idea that a new protocol is (apparently) motivated by making HFT faster is, in a word, nauseating.
- fdsystems 5y agonot really. we don't do HFT and don't really like HFT. Fintech is only one of the applications, but can be used for metaverse. (#metaverse) The motivation is to simplify coding across "cores" located in different locations and network.
- fdsystems 5y agoalso, when you socialize the high speed across all internet users, there is no HFT unfairness / advantage.
