I believe the gp is saying it shouldn't be exported _at all_ and hence there should be no customers (outside California anyway).
- _8j50 5y agoI know but that is loss of business. Who will absorb that loss? Subsidize it and tax payers absorb it like much is done in farming? Or just let the farmers lose?
