Ask HN: Are there any sites tracking human vs. AI performance per task?

I have a memory of seeing one in the past but can’t find it. I’m looking for a site that tracks how close algorithms are to human performance (or if they have surpassed it) on various tasks like image recognition, older captchas, hand writing recognition, etc.
