How did you know which Springfield he meant? There is one in Oregon, Illinois, and Missouri, and I assume there are a bunch more. I also assume that is why Homer Simpson works there ... i.e., it is a generic city.

- waynecochran 5y agoThere are five Springfields in Wisconsin!? Kind of like George Foreman naming all of his kids George -- sort of defeats the purpose of having names.
