I agree with the sentiments expressed by various others. 1) They can get rid of needing to use Linux, whenever convenient. 2) Possibly even replace Android too, if feasible or eventually. 3) Way more control, to make sure open-source "politics" doesn't interfere with their money, business goals, and exploitation of users info.
