"Fooled by Randomness" by N N Taleb for a real life overview of markets and decision making under uncertainty. And to a lesser extent "The Black Swan" He's not the most straightforward authors to read on these topics but his self awareness is refreshing compared to some of the charlatans in the industry (I'm thinking of a large tech oriented ETF here...)
