I got fussed at at a Whole Foods for taking pictures in the supplements section. I wanted to get a sense of what was available and go home and research the differences between the brands. Apparently there was a "no photography" sign on the door, though! So I went somewhere else to buy what I needed. Fine. But I was always confused about what exactly it was that was so sensitive about their shelves. I guess it was this -- competitor research.
