I interpreted it as less carbon in the manufacturing process and raw materials.
- sacrosancty 5y agoOr less carbon dust worn off the brushes since it's brushless :P All these articles promoting some technology and banging on about environmental friendliness are full of crap. Nobody will buy it for carbon emissions because there's no money in that even if it was genuine. It's just wankery.

- grapescheesee 5y agoAgree, I thought it might be an efficiency metric, or a manufacturing process that is 25% better. . . in terms of carbon.
