Is the office destined to become a one-day-a-week experience for all of us?
- phendrenad2 5y agoI would think no. The office doesn't make much sense unless it's multiple days a week. Do we really expect workers to be productive using their home desk setup 4 days, and then some overpriced-but-still-somehow-lackluster office space 1 day? They'll just slack off on the in-office day. Granted, that day can be "the big meeting day" but that just feeds the proliferation of pointless meetings. If you can fill a day full of meetings, something is wrong with your process (and in software, it means you're doing waterfall, btw).
