How much of the change the UK needs could it get without a change in its managerial class? As you as say here ( https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30810537 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30810537 ), FPTP is a factor in the UK's problems; without it, wouldn't the current managerial class have more of the incentives and the scrutiny they need to make good policy?
