As an introvert I’d like the opposite. The right to not have to deal with a person. I usually know exactly what I want, eg: update my address, but most places force you to have to call, wait on the line, and then engage in a ridiculous game of sounding out numbers and names and hearing back if they heard it right, then having to do it all again when you check the next day and they got it wrong. Dealing with real people is the least efficient way of getting anything done.
