fwiw. i paid for mine (whole thing, not just the deposit) and never received anything. there is no way to contact tech support. through a friend of a friend who worked there, i got ahold of someone in the fulfillment team. my order had been canceled, no refund, no explanation. i was about to hit the "credit reversal" button on my bank's website when i got an email from them... they added my order to the end of the queue. expect my terminal in 2023. after another week of emails and phone calls i was able to get a refund for the whole price minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
