I have friends from "poor" countries and they see paying full price like paying 20% on tips.
For some it's acceptable, and for others it's not.
- oblio 5y agoIf they're still poor, sure. If they now make a decent developed country salary, haggling in a poor country over 0.0001% of your monthly salary is probably not an efficient use of their time, but old (irrational now) habits die hard.
