I'm glad she worked to stop the genocide in Kosovo, but for me (39, US) the most salient thing I've known about has been about Rwanda—we signed a treaty saying we had to intervene in genocide, and then when genocide happened in 1994, we re-interpreted it to mean we're merely allowed to intervene. And then we largely blocked UN intervention. 700,000 people were murdered in 100 days. Clinton is obviously the main culprit in this failure, but Albright, then the US Ambassador to the UN, certainly had a part.
