This is my line of thinking here too. Though it seems necessary to additionally have that 3-month supply as a quick buffer while you build up your capacity for long-term solutions in parallel over time. I.E we're also starting a garden and considering investing in some way to run even a limited amount of off-grid power. Edit: I'm actually not worried about bombs at all in my case, but more the complete breakdown of global trade.
