- burntoutfire 5y agoThe acid in Diet Coke (and Pepsi) slowly destroys the enamel on your teeth. Once it's sufficiently weakened, the bacteria will have easy access to the inside of your teeth and you'll be plagued with painful and expensive teeth problems (if you aren't already).

- vikingerik 5y agoSugar, caffeine, and acid are all bad. Drinks without the first are less-bad, but still not good.
- ipaddr 5y agoI would stay from either. The caffeine, aspartame and acesulfame potassium will take a toll. I can trace back a year in my 30s where I went heavy on the regular. If you don't want to get randomly sick don't order in.
