Anyone who has been involved in a lawsuit understands that getting a judgement and receiving payment for that judgement are separate and largely unrelated issues. This seems especially true given her comments on the matter. >"I will go to jail before I pay a penny," Daniels tweeted Monday after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against her in the long-running case.
