POC: Loading new Prometheus Service Discoveries without increasing binary size
- rektide 5y agoEach prometheus exporter takes up another 20+ MB in Debian. My standard image has ~10 exporters. Go's static binaries sure are convenient but this feels so suboptimal. Im not sure if this totally fixes it but it sounds like maybe? From the write up alone I didnt fully get whats happening here.
