difficulty in layout It doesn't have to be hard. I'm currently using Backbone in a project. I added OpenStep/Cocoa's autoresizing masks to Backbone.View and now layout is a breeze. The CSS layout model actually lends itself really well to this if you're willing to use JS to do the calculations.
