My Sony full frame mirrorless can take multiple frames for HDR with the flip of a setting. I'm sure whatever you're using can too. Swap the shutter setting to turn on bracketing and decide what attribute you want to change (exposure, aperture, shutter speed, or ISO are all options).
That said, rarely are HDR shots actually desirable IMO.
