As somebody working on software pipelines that do not use a micro service architecture, I’ve seen it becomes hard to manage large applications with tons of business logic. Smaller teams with their well defined pieces of the puzzle seem to be a better fit when you’re working at scale. Not, I’m not a software developer, and I work on some of the largest software pipelines in AWS so my view might be distorted by my lack of experience in the field and the massive scale we operate at.
