The whole topic sounds very risky to me indeed but they seemed to have been very careful with their choice of virus:

- tomrod 5y agoEh, but the risk that once the knowledge is published and the tools are available to the public we now have a novel and frankly horrible way to once again murder the biosphere seems high, no?
